Poppy ult locking screen even after it is over [bug] [gameplay]

It happened to me today. Basically, I was playing and just used ult on me and my screen got locked even after her ult was over. I did everything possible to unlock the screen like pressing Y, clicking on the small camera button beside the mini-map and also tried it via the options/settings menu. But nothing worked. I had to finally leave the game and reconnect to unlock the screen.
