i CANT GET INTO GAME!!!!!!!!!!

I was playing with a friend like usual and i was playing jinx, we got a full team in Team Builder when we got into game, the mouse was going in sircles (busy mode) like usual for just a while and a sighn came up to me and said couldnt connect to the game.. im probaly gna get a leaver buster this happend to me a month ago and i thought it was fixed, i repaired my client now and its taking forever (45 mins 0%) Riot pls help me with this bug :/ Thank you for haveing your time!
