Input Lag Fix

There used to be a download on the League of Legends site that you could download if you had lag, input or packet. It really helped me but is now either gone or just very difficult to find. I made the mistake of full repairing my client and now that download is subsequently gone. I'm getting horrible input lag and it'd be great to find that download again. If I remember correctly it had its own page entirely. (I've gone through the ENTIRE Support page, its not there)
