J4 AA animation and passive doesn't happen

I was playing a normals with j4 and I realized that when I started to jungle my passive and auto attack animation wouldn't work plus after gurgling and getting some gold I bought some damage items and I noticed my AA only did 23 damage every hit so I had to basically go pure tank to even do anything in the game and sadly we lost but yea j4 is bugged badly
