Aram?

I just had a aram game before i go to bed. I found something really weird. I thought the boots and other items that riot added to aram only were permanent, but they were gone. I couldn't find them. Additionally, I was playing nunu and other team had zac. I first noticed how nunu's passive was rollbacked to the passive before (where nunu autos 5 times next skill doesn't cost mana). And when the enemy team's zac reached level 6, he used ult. But what i saw was zac's ult before the rework (where zac bounces around and do damage). I am not sure if this is a bug or what riot actually wanted, but I was really freaked out. I tried to find something about it on league of legends website, but i couldnt find it. Anyone just please help me.
