Inner Turrets on Howling Abyss - also bugged victory screen

So, during a game with friends, we Alt+F4 from the game when we mess up a play, for shits and giggles, and after 2 or 3 D/C and reconnections, the inner turret was bugged. It was still shown as up, but we already killed it. Also, at the end of the game, when my teammates killed the nexus, the camera didn't move over to the nexus. My camera froze and then the victory screen showed up in the middle of lane.

The turret's showing as still alive happened to me once. League crashed, I reconnected, and all of a sudden all the turrets were back up xD.

Do you ever hold spacebar to lock the camera on your champion? I believe the victory screen thing happens sometimes when you are holding spacebar at the same time the game ends.
