I need help of a roiter please help in haste EUW.

First I had at the start a 14 days suspension then someone makes it into recovery after that someone forces me to do long useless messages to recover it. then in the end for nothing. and then another comes to me and says it is another issue when before was speaking to me about another issue and say that I deserve a permaban for using a bot or hack when I never did. I think that this guy is obviously shouldn't work before he knows more about the game. and when I checked about the name op.gg it is level 10 or bronze I don't know. I don't mean offense or anything but that person wants me to lose my account and proclaims that the account being involved in the use of unauthorized applications and he doesn't even want to speak of what I used or anything to prove. he just says people reported to me and that is enough. I made an account from gold to diamond by Tristana by higher than 80% win rate I am diamond for 3 seasons in Eune. I wanted to play at EUW to face streamers and LCS players when I get a higher rank and people say climbing ladder is easier so I wanted to try. and when I went to diamond 5 that issue has happened. Please, I need the help of a high rank which can help me. :'D because that person which is level 10 or bronze wouldn't understand that tristana player would never use a hack. "cause obviously rocket jump is so hard to land and riot should reduce Tristana is difficulty So I can use my it" :'D please help me with this issue I been suffering for so long. and that person will make me even lose the account because of his/her lack of experience and game knowledge. and I can even prove to you even if you want me to rank the account or another account to diamond again while you watching me play and see that I never used a hack. please consider texting me here or on "[email protected]" I need help so badly..... that technical support doesn't even want to help at all and he doesn't even know a thing to start with cause I am sure it is an issue cause I never used an account and I use other accounts on the same pc and they never had any ban or anything of all that and I even play in them for so long and one of them is my main on Eune and a new acc in Na and my brother's account also in Euw which left the game for army serving so use all of these accounts, in fact, this account I just used it again recently and I even used play on another account at the day anyway. so obviously that person can't handle my ticket so I need help seriously would be so thankful if a Roiter can really help me it is so frustrating how I may lose my account just because of a stupid report and something like that. I don't even mind playing in front of you on a new account so you see it wasn't a hack. I used to be of top Tristana players for 2 seasons on lolskill.net . Thankful for your time and would be more if i have a reply. I would be able to support with anything you need as long as it will prove you that.
