Rek'Sai unburrowed Q doesn't proc or reduce the CD of arcane comet. Unsure if this is meant to be or not, but if not, is a decently big bug for reksai, as it stops reducing the CD of comet by 30% and makes it 100% useless on her compared to other options.

Comet doesn't proc on auto attacks, and her q is an empowered auto
