Scroll doesnt work ingame.

I cant scroll in the shop,options and zoom into a champion.My mouse is working fine outside the game.It happened after a game with double neekos in before that i played 2 games and it was working fine as soon as i faced double neekos(from both blue and red sides) i found out that i couldnt scroll.Any fix for that?

Local disk c-->Riot Games --> League of Legends -->Config and there you will find input.ini , right click on it , click on edit and be sure to checkout this option [MouseSettings] RollerButtonSpeed = 1 It has to be set on 1. Good luck!
