[CRASH] Constant game crashing and slow connection to game.

So this problem occurs mainly early game or in the loading screen. Most of the times I am the last one to reach 100% and sometimes when everyone is 100% the game won't start and my teammates tell me that the game has already started while I'm still in loading screen. So it either crashes in a moment after or I Alt + F4 and restart the launcher. The other main problem, which is even more annoying is early game crashes pre-level 6. As I play suddenly everything lags and stops in a picture but the game music still plays. In a few seconds the music stops and the game crashes telling me the game/client has stopped working and for the time I start the launcher. log in and reconnect I have already fallen behind with 2-3 levels and cs. This occurs every 6-7 out of 10 games and it crashed only once in mid to late game so far. I run Windows 8.1 (32 bit) on a AMD Athlon X3 2.3 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and NVIDIA GForce 1 GB so System Requirements shouldn't be a problem. I edited the desktop shortcut of LoL's compatibility to XP Service Pack 2 (a friend's advice) and it started crashing like once a day or so but recently it started to crash more again and crashing in really crucial situations .. RIOT please help me out because this really pisses me off and if it continues when I start playing ranked I won't move out of bronze :S RIOT SOS
