[NA Server Issue] Stuck in a game that doesn't exist

About 8 minutes into my last game I got disconnected. I was unable to reconnect to the game and my client is stuck with the "Game Crash" window and a reconnect button. op.gg indicates I'm still in the same game for over an hour now yet the game doesn't exist and I cannot start a new one. There are several other people reporting this same issue on NA via the LoL reddit page.
