Ward Bug
Last 3 games when you go to ward with a yellow trinket a large blue square appears centered on the ward. 
happens on all champs

That's not a bug with the game; that's overwhelming likely something on your end. Blue Squares do appear when a file for an effect is missing, etc. You can just repair this yourself.
