Free Skins in New Champ Select, But Don't Own Them [GAMEPLAY]

In the new draft pick, it is possible to get any skin in the game, I'm pretty sure. A couple of friends and I were playing last night, and two of them were switching champs, I think it was twitch, who got the skin this time. He got Whistler Village Twitch, which I think is a rather rare skin. This was the first time without knowing about the bug, so afterwards, we started a new game to test it. They switched off Vayne and Alistar. So the person who first picked vayne, before trading, picked a random skin they owned for her, Vindicator Vayne, I think. And Alistar did the same, both pressing "Done" button. Then when trading champs occurred, they both switched, and before changing anything with the skins, hit "Done" again. Then in game, Vayne got SKT1 Vayne, while Alistar got Black Alistar, which is supposed to be a very rare skin. (I looked it up and people were selling it for $500) After that game, Alistar player looked in his alistar skins, but it did not stay there after playing with it.

Not a major game changing bug, but just something to bring to your attention. :)
