[GAMEPLAY] Couldn't devour with Tahm Kench

Played a game of Tahm Kench and discovered that I couldn't W my adc Jhin. I figured it was a part of the game because I haven't played Tahm in a while and I heard he was nerfed. Later I discovered that I could W any other ally except for Jhin. I have no idea why this happened but my W never worked on Jhin the entire game. No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't W him. Out of combat, off quick-cast, etc.
