ELO is ruined right now. I went 7-3 in placements and got put in bronze 5, but was winning games against high gold players?! I carried every game I won as ADC... I now have over a 70% win ratio and 91% with vayne.. I am barely climbing... Just won about 7 in a row and didn't get to skip divisions with a 70+% win rate IN BRONZE. WHY RIOT?!
lol. I just looked at your match history and it says they were either unranked or bronze... not GOLD.

Gold boarders doesnt mean they are good. People have been boosted up to platnium and diamond, gold is easy to boost to for the rewards lol, and with a 70% win rate im sure you have just started out. Dont worry, it will likely even out to be roughly 50%-60% soon enough, just keep playing and it will eventually happen that you rank up.
