[CLIENT] According to the client the game never ends

So its actually really simple: When the game ends, the client shows up, but it does not have the scoreboard, it has "The game is still in progress..." on it. So I checked if the LoL process was still running, but it's not. I cant exit that menu, so I restart the client, and then the client restores itself to a previous patch. I have no idea what to do on this, but it is really annoying. It happens on any game mode, and has happened on my last 4 games.
