i fond that if ryze bought deathcap, void staff, rod of age, archangel's staff, morellonomicon and lonian boots of lucidity, he will kill the targetdummy by his abilities easily, if i change to other items, it won't happens again, i thought it's a bug, so, i decide report to you guys.

Time for a rework
After getting a couple pentas with the build you suggested, I found that respawning target dummies (Shift B) sometimes made them untargetable.
Try it without Morellonomicon.
As in the target dummy's hp reaches 0 and stays there until you stop attacking, or the hp gets to 0 and the dummy doesn't regen/or it fades away (or something similar) Elaborate on the "death" more.
