The update isnt working

I came home yesterday to see an update to League, brilliant. But then i updated part 1, and it moved on to part 2 However, after this my league has not been able to get past it. I left my game on for 3 hours and all the client did was constantly restart and tell me it needed to restart to complete the update. This has continued for a day now and I am not pleased. All the updates seem to be there but I cant play the game. Is anyone else having this problem and League of Legends need to fix this!
