Omega Squad Twitch doesn't have his lines whenever he hits a Caitlyn trap. I noticed it the first time I played against a Caitlyn, and I haven't heard it trigger once anytime, even purposefully stepping on traps each time to see if it shows up. They are just gone.

Thanks for the report! In the future, this wouldn't be considered gameplay, as it doesn't directly hinder your ability to play the game. :) We can take a look at this today and see what's going on.
