When opening the game from the icon the game creates a bug splat and wont open. Run as admin same. Reinstalled same. Reinstalled used different account get further but crashes at the main logo. With reinstall get to sign-in screen but once I accept terms of agreement it wont got any further.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Well I followed all the suggestions that I could find online to fix this issue and still cant get the game to go past the center logo after the log-in. It opens, I get the option to sign-in, after entering information it launches to the bat-man like sign then bug splat. I ran CC cleaner, I reinstalled, I ran as admin and downloaded and ran hextech repair tool. After having Hextech reinstall, clean uninstall, add firewall exceptions everything is said to be ok under task log.
Sad to say since I haven't got any replies via email or this site that I will have to give up on this game for now and hope that magically it will repair itself. I have followed all of the online suggestions to no prevail. GG was fun
Following because I am having a similar experience to you, and with similar trouble shooting steps and I've run out of ideas as well.
I found a couple of others in the "ask the community" section with the same issue. I have opened a ticket, started talking with support and followed the suggestions. They were mostly things I had already tried. I am still having the issue. If with the support I find a way to fix the game I will share.
