[Gameplay} Rengar E cooldown with 5 ferocity

So i just played a game with . I had 4 stacks and used my e on the enemy , then i reached 5 stacks but my e cooldown hasn't reset and i could't use it again in time . I read this bug were fixed some patches before , but i see it isn't fixed yet .
