Vi's Q Not Working

I was in the middle of a game, and everything worked fine, and about 30 or 40 minutes in my Q simply stopped working. I was not silenced and it lasted until the game ended. I didn't even get the "You cannot cast this right now!!!" text on my screen. Not sure if this is happening to other people?

I've been experiencing this issue on and off for a few weeks now. I've found that disconnecting from the game helps resolve it so at least I can get back into the fight. But this takes a few minutes and can cost my team. Riot Team, Whats going on?
