Draft Bug (on macOS)

For the 3rd game now, I cannot ban a champ in champ select in draft modes. I can select them, but the ban button does not light up and I cannot click it. After the timer runs down, my client penalizes me for "dodging" and I get low priority queue, even though I attempted to ban but the client would not allow me to.
