Watch mission not working

Been watching a live worlds match for a few hours yet the mission still is not completed. Anyone else have this problem as well?

You must be logged in and watching on the lolesports.com site.

You must be watching the live broadcast (not rebroadcast) or VODS.

You must watch for at least 10 minutes.

There should be a message at the bottom of the screen that says something like "Set up for awards" (Sorry, I do not remember the specific words)
