Star Guardian Skins

I bought 2 star guardian skins that come with the emblem, the picture of the skins show the special star guardian emblem at the bottom of them. I don't know why that's there if it doesn't come with it. I want to know if this is a error or a scam. If the mastery emblem isn't going to be added in the future I really don't care for the avatar emblem, I wanted the more expensive skin for the mastery emblem. I really hope this is getting fixed because I really want the mastery emblem without using the emblem from invasion. So all in all I really just want the mastery emblem that is shown at the bottom of the skin.[sg-soraka]
