Freezing [GAMEPLAY] [CRASH]

I play on a 21:9 monitor in 3440x1440 resolution in full screen with uncapped FPS. Periodically after champ select the game loading screen will sometimes not pull up for me, additionally when the loading screen hits 100% the game sometimes freezes for me and im not able to tab out or alt+f4. Finally periodically while in game the game will freeze for a few seconds multiple times during the course of the game, this especially happens if I have other programs open in the background. Im not sure if these are problems with League in particular or my computer. I do have 16GB of RAM so I cannot imagine all 16GB being used somehow and causing freezes. I have not experienced this with any other games either.
