[Gameplay] Gragas Q Stopped Working Mid Game

I was playing Gragas in a ranked game and was able to activate all of the abilities fine, until part way into the game I used my Q and noticed that I was unable to reactivate it. After that, I was unable to use my Q for the remainder of the game. I even tried manually clicking on the ability, rebinding, reconnecting, and restarting my client.
