Winning Series Is Not Working

I won my series just before the season ended and it said you "Congratulations! You qualified for your series!" NO NO NO RIOT!!! I JUST WON MY SERIES!!! [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Then once the new season began I won series again after placing but it didn't give me the final win! My record was W-W-L-L-(Victory). So where's my 3rd check mark?
