Item Sets Disappearing - Settings Reset [CLIENT?]

This is the second time that this has happened to me. When I open up League, my Log-In information no longer shows saved. Once I successfully log into League, I receive a bunch of notifications about my Inactive Team, etc. When I look at my created item sets, there are no Item Sets existing. Also, once I start playing League the controls are set up - i.e. The language filter is enabled again and my abilities are no longer on auto-cast. It is almost as if it resets my Profile Information, except my Runes & Masteries are all in tact.
