[CLIENT] Randomly disconnecting and reconnecting from PvP servers

I will get disconnected from PvP servers randomly after logging in and in the home client screen, not because my internet is bad because I can still watch netflix and hulu. Soon after from being disconnected i will reconnect, but because of this happening when i queue up for a game and can't choose a champion, because i have been disconnected from pvp servers, and the timer runs out, i will get the 6 min or whatever time penalty for "dodging". Also, after finishing a game my client will close and not come back up. Any ideas on how to fix it? or is this a Riot game bug? I have tried the "repair" League option and it didn't fix it.
