Remake Failed

I just had 3 games all of which were remakes. In the first we got first blood and the enemy team remade the game a minute or so later due to their adc being afk. The next I wanted to test the remake system to see if a game could be remade due to afk rather than dc (it can be), and my last game the client would not allow our team to remake even though our udyr was afk. He never typed, moved, bought any items, nor did the client say he dc'd. Also the enemy team had no deaths, y would the remake not be possible?
