GAMEPLAY

I tried using Runaan's Hurricane to apply that on hit effects of Guinsoo's Rageblade to get its max 8 stacks faster but Guinsoo's passive did not seem to be proc'd by Runaan's Hurricane. As the Hurricane bolts apply on-hit effects it should proc the Rageblade. If someone could look into this that would be most appreciated. Thank you very much.
