Sion bugged skills

Just before I was playing a game with Sion. During a team battle suddenly his Q and his R did not work. The game was a lost because of it. No matter how many times I clicked his Q and R, it did not work through out the remainder of the game. Something must have happened during the team fight which caused Sion's Q and his R to bug out. Please look into it Riot.
