Client/In game- Emote bug

Can't use emotes in game, when trying to click on the emote tab in the client I receive this error: Sorry! Something went wrong with your emote wheel. Please try again, or contact player support if the problem persists. Error code : EM01. Other players can't use emotes either. Tried restarting client.
