Client is frozen I'm currently in promos!

Client is stuck and we are frozen. It shows as if the opposing team is still picking and somebody on my team backed out and the client is still frozen. I'm afraid of backing out and losing a placement match for no reason. What do we do???

I ended up backing out and didn't see a lost on my profile, so hopefully I won't get a surprise lost later.
