[gameplay] Instantly full charged Nunu ult

While doing an ARAM game, I encountered a bug where the Nunu who was charging his ult, did full damage even though it was shorter than max casting time.

1- nunu ult 2- rammus taunt

That is what happened to make it happen. It happened twice in the game when I taunted him twice while he was ulting. I am gonna try to reproduce the same thing on Summoner's Rift with some friends to see if there it can be done on SR as well, and if it can be done with other form of CC.

Note : You can see in the 2nd instance in the video that he was in fact taunted when he came out of his ult.

EDIT : Was able to reproduce it on SR. What seems to cause it is any type of taunt. We tried it with rammus (which was the initial cause) and with galio's W. Both create the same effect which is ultra high damage from nunu that seem to be affected by how much HP the ENEMY has and not nunu as well as being semi random. We also tried Rammus with 174 MR (64% reduced AP dmg) and yet still got one shot. https://youtu.be/IVmXR2bjTdA
