There is almost a 50/50 chance of it not proccing the healing part of her ultimate. Generally, if I ult someone and it's been on them for roughly 3+ seconds, it's guaranteed to work, but any shorter and it won't. I've put it on someone within half a second before they even die, I've put it on them and auto attacked one of the vitals, then Q'd the other which killed them, but it happened so fast, my ult still doesn't proc the heal. It's extremely irritating...

Daen3 votesI'm no expert, but from my experience playing Fiora it seems like there is a pretty sizable delay between using her ultimate on someone and the vitals actually appearing.
I'm assuming this is either a balance thing (can't instantly burst someone down) or a mistake, but it ends up feeling really bad for the fiora if she ults right before an autoattack and can't hit a vital, making her ultimate do literally nothing if the target dies shortly after.

Stated in my initial dilemma, I managed to proc 2 of my ult's 4 vitals and still failed to proc the heal. Another issue I'm faced with now, is that I'm seeing 2 vitals marked on my target sometimes, aswell. Only one of them works and only one's supposed to be lit up, in case you're going to try and rebuttal with them being my ult..
Kowagatte3 votesThis happens with Twisted Fates Blue/Red/Yellow cards as well and flash is bugged right now that a second or two after you flash the game thinks your player is still where it used to be and you can be auto attacked.
SonicÐeHedgedawg1 votesPretty sure that's not a bug: if someone has already started their auto attack animation, and their name isn't Kalista, they will finish their animation and still hot you even if you aren't there anymore... Or are you referring to something else?
Kowagatte1 votesWhen I pull a card and select if I shoot right after I have a card selected it won't proc on an opponent. I may just be auto attacking before I pull a card but I'm pretty sure i'm not.

But it also feels like, if you lunge too close to the center of their character model, you end up INSIDE the vitals and don't hit any. That could be an illusion, but I swear it feels like it happens)

Yeah, her vitals take some time to come up, which is EXTREMELY frustrating. It's understandable that they're delayed but it's extremely annoying when you hit the same spot 3 TIMES in a couple of seconds after you ult somebody and it still doesn't proc even the first vital.

This happened to me several times. It's exceedingly annoying, especially when you're expecting an enemy gank and the heal would've saved your life.
