Bug in the client

Hello,

I've been a Brazilian server for 7 years and I transferred to the American 6 months ago. I have never received a report and have always acted correctly within the laws of the summoner. In those last two weeks, I received several bugs from the client where it did not start the game and then i was back already to the lobby screen as if I was not in game. I had to close the game and open again, because of that I missed point, a promo and now I received low priority in the queue. I do not agree to receive all this being the gaming client's fault. i dont deserve these problems I just wanted solutions, please.
