Teambuilder: Chroma Skin Selection (CLIENT?)

Picked Lucian in Teambuilder to try out the new Chroma skins. When I tried to pick which one I wanted to use, it didn't give me any options to select one. Yes, I selected the Classic skin, but it still gave me no options. Is there a way to select one that I'm unaware of? As far as I know, it's a bug.
