Failure to Close Process After Timeout Time Out

After I stop playing for a while and leave my msi windows 10 home to sleep, when i turn it back on it gives me the message and closes the client but i cant reopen it because the opener sees that the client is already open. i have to manually close the app every time. this isn't a fatal bug, but one that i'm sure many others are having.
