Problem with champion select phase

So I've been getting kicked/glitched out of games for weeks now, losing not only LP but getting 5min queue dodge timer. It happens approximately one time per day (?).

Internet is fine and wired so not sure why RIOT hasn't addressed this common bug, or am I missing something?

Just "lost" promo because of this lame issue. Also, should probably remove that promo-loss when you leave/dodge the champ select during promos - I tend to get the most ridiculous players specifically in promo games. Is there any motivation of this function?
