[Client] wont start after opening league.

So for a while now I've occasionally had a problem with my client. The league logo would show up on my screen but then the client wouldn't start. Usually, i'd have to reinstall league or try to find other methods of getting it to work. i think i finally found out why this happens.

This has only happened after i turned off the language filter. The last time this happened was two months ago. i reinstalled league and kept the language filter on. i turned it off last night and today when i tried top play it happened again.

Is this something on my end or are other people experiencing this? Can we expect a fix on this soon?
