Trying to Reconnect

I've gotten this so many times recently when trying to play, that I got an lb because the game thought I was declining matches on purpose. So I switch back to my main account to try and get rid of the lbs I've had from November and I can't because I get a trying to reconnect pop-up that stops the queue timer. Me and my friends have been dealing with this from late December till now, where we try to get in a game, and one of us, or all of us get a trying to reconnect pop-up that stops the queue and a couple of my friends also have gotten lbs because the game thought they were declining matches on purpose. We've been searching and searching and still haven't found a fix for it. It's frustrating that I simply ** cannot play ** no matter what I do because I suddenly lose connection (even though my connection is fine). If anyone has any tips I'd be thankful.
