Ping Spikes

I have been tweaking my comp settings over the past week playing and fidgeting with clean boots, restarts, avg scans, software cleans, restores, everything and I get the same thing. 30 ping that spikes to anywhere from 80-315 for 2 seconds and then scales back down. No conflicting Wi-Fi. No other programs. Only League. I'm sick of this. RITO needs to actually address this problem. I'm not the only one and I will uninstall until they fix it. It can't give me a 97% connection score on their Hextech support page or whatever and still have that serious and consistant of an issue. Can't fix the marksman role or Bot lane meta? Fine. Can't fix champ balancing since day 1? Fine. Can't even let me play the game with friends without a ping spike every 5-10 seconds? Give me a F***ing break. This is the only game your company manages. You have 1 forum to address the community. It should not be that hard
