[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo - Sweeping Blade + Steel Tempest Inconsistent Thunderlord's Decree Interaction

Using Yasuo's Steel Tempest to damage an enemy champion while using Sweeping Blade to dash to a minion causes an inconsistent interaction with the mastery Thunderlord's Decree. Sometimes Yasuo will need to damage the opposing champion three more times instead of two for the Thunderlord's Decree to activate.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Dash to a minion using Sweeping Blade (E)
2. Deal damage to an enemy champion using the spinning Steel Tempest (Q)
3. Deal two more instances of damage to the enemy champion At this point, Thunderlord's Decree may or may not activate. Not activating appears to be the more common outcome.
4. If Thunderlord's Decree has not activated, damaging the enemy champion again will activate it.

This interaction does not appear to be affected by items or skins. Thunderlord Activating in 3 Hits Thunderlord Activating in 4 Hits
