GAMEPLAY(DOMINION) BUG - Opponent Azir was able to escape summoner platform and capture a point before the platform was unlocked at match start. I'm not sure if he used his skills or a combination of skills and summoner spell flash as he had this spell equipped. This occurred on 10/18/2014 @ approximately 7:30 if you're able to look into the gameplay information. The following link is the game that this had occurred.

I just want to chime in... I saw a player to this today (in the game I just finished). Allied azir escaped our platform before the game start and got a head start on capturing a tower when it DID start. So, this bug still exists. No idea how it happened.
