Did not receive chests for three champs in the last 2 months

I reported the bug a few times now, I earned an S- on Anivia, an S on Volibear, and an S on Rek Sai, within the last 2 months without receiving a chest, I do not have a chest already on these champs this season, so I am not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Go to profile then underneath your name there is a chest icon , if it says 0 that means you cant get a chest and have to wait 1 week i think.
