Game bugging and I'm taking the penalties.

Entire team disconnected on both sides in two games in a row. I have been credited with 2 ranked leaves and am now in a low priority queue, while my friend who was queue'd with me incurred no penalties. My friend disconnected too and has it recorded. First of all, fix my league points and this stupid penalty, but more importantly, get your shit together Riot.
