blank champion select

unable to see team or enemy picks, names or positions. able to see champions in the middle and select runes/masteries/summoner spells. first time it has ever happened and doubt it is easily recreatable as the only thing I did was accept a match and get dropped in bugged champ select. have a screen shot but don't know how to upload.
