Game won't open after new update

I have tried to reinstall lol 4 times now and it didn't seem to work. I have also tried to start it up as administrator and tried to reinstall on my desktop without any effect. I have restarted my pc many times to the point where i lost count. Rito if you see this please fix this annoying bugg.
